I am here to help people, and, as such, it is essential that you and I both approach our relationship, whether you are reading my articles, watching my videos, buying a product, or purchasing a service, in the most healthy and understanding way possible. Establishing terms and conditions ahead of time allow us to fascilitate that process.
Availability
The availability of products and services is not guaranteed and any or all of these may be discontinued at any time and for any reason. No order or purchase is guaranteed until your payment has been processed.
Right of Refusal
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime for any reason. If I should choose to refuse service to you prior to your receiving services or products, you shall receive a refund. If I should have to terminate your service during or after delivery, your fees shall be nonrefundable.
Order Confirmation
Once you have successfully placed your order, you will receive a personal email confirmation from me to confirm the appropriate details. If you do not receive this email within 48 hours of placing your order, please follow up with me. I cannot know how frequently you check your email or verify if you have deleted or otherwise lost my email.
Cancellations
Orders for physical products can be cancelled and refunded prior to being placed in the mail – please contact me immediately if you need to do this and have not received a mailing confirmation yet. If you need to cancel an appointment, I require 24 hours notice to receive a refund – otherwise, your service fee is non-refundable.
Refunds and Returns
I do not provide refunds for services provided. If you are displeased with a service you have received, please reach out to me to see if we can resolve whatever issue there might be. If a product has been damaged prior to delivery, please let me know immediately and it will be replaced or refunded depending on availability.
Product Guarantees
Services (readings and magic) and products are not guaranteed. There are too many variables in this world for me to guarantee any of it – from your free will to karmic debt to my own human fallibility. All services and products are provided with complete sincerity and to the utmost of my ability, knowledge, and experience.
Confidentiality
All informatioion provided to me will be kept confidential to the best of my ability. I know and recognize that receiving services can be vulnerable and information can be shared that was not intended to be and I treat all client information in strict confidence. I am an ordained minister and I do treat this as a sacred duty. However, on rare occasion, if I believe there is real danger to a living person, I may break this confidentiality at my discretion.
